Numbers fill in from Baljeet's records, never guessed.
Our story and kitchen →From the roka lunch to the reception buffet, each ceremony gets its own menu and per-plate price.
One kitchen in Ramgarh, Panchkula. The food leaves hot, sealed and on time for weddings across the Tricity, and bulk sweets travel across North India. Distances are by road from the kitchen.
It depends on the number of dishes and live counters, the kitchen line (Pure Veg, Non-Veg or Jain), the guest count and the date. Baljeet prices your exact menu on WhatsApp. Working to a limited budget? Tell him the amount and he plans a full menu to fit it.
Per-plate cost guide →For a dinner with two sabzis, one dal, a paneer dish, rice, breads and one sweet, plan roughly 9 kg dal, 18 kg sabzi, 9 kg rice, 250 rotis and 12 kg sweets for 100 guests. These are rough cooked quantities; Baljeet sets the real amounts for your menu.
Food quantity calculator →Yes. Pure Veg, Non-Veg and Jain are planned and cooked as separate kitchen lines with their own utensils. Jain food is made without onion, garlic or root vegetables, and non-veg is kept away from the veg line at mixed weddings.
Jain catering →Our kitchen is in Ramgarh, Panchkula. By road it is about 16 km to Panchkula, 21 km to Zirakpur, 26 km to Chandigarh and 34 km to Mohali. We cater weddings across the Tricity and nearby towns, and send bulk sweets across North India.
Areas we serve →Yes. We cook langar and bhandara food such as dal, sabzi, kheer, rotis and halwa-chana in bulk, for a path at home or a community event. Tell us the number of people and the serving time on WhatsApp.
Langar and bhandara catering →Yes. Motichoor and besan ladoo, pinni, kaju katli, gulab jamun and other sweets are made by the kilo for shagun boxes, wedding sweet tables, prasad and corporate Diwali boxes, and can be sent across North India.
Bulk sweets by the kilo →Six details are enough for Baljeet to price your menu.
Tell us how many guests you have and how much you can spend. Baljeet plans a full, proper menu around that amount. He says plainly what it covers, with no hidden extras, whether it’s a 40-guest path at home or a 600-guest wedding.
